Located in downtown, The Brick was established by Diane Rukab. Rukab grew up in the food industry, as her parents owned a sandwich shop in EverBank Center. She decided, though, to get married and have three kids, which took her out of the business for nearly 10 years. She eventually went back in the workforce and decided it was time to open her own place. Thus, The Brick was opened and has been open for over 5 years now.
The Brick serves Seattle’s Best Coffee, along with several espressos, latte, and mocha drinks. They also have teas and smoothies. Besides the coffee, they’ve got breakfast foods, sandwiches, wraps, and hot dogs to choose from.
