Atypical Arts Bring Rubarth & Eggar to Florida Theatre

Atypical Arts is a promotion group that brings some of the more laid back, ambient and independent performances to Jville. Great edge quasi spiritual performances at the planetarium, quirky but beautiful musical acts and now they are bringing one of their trademark productions to the Florida Theatre. For an evening of slightly buzzed fun and feeling the love around you these guys cannnot be beat. Check out the details after the jump!

Dave Eggar blew everyone away when he performed last October at the MOSH Planetarium with Morley.  His impressive resume includes performing, recording and string arrangements for a long and varied list of world reknonwed artists: Coldplay, Evanescence, David Bowie, The Who, Pearl Jam, Idol champ Phillip Phillips and many others (his film soundtrack work includes this year's Best Film nominee Beasts of the Southern Wild).

Amber Rubarth is an immensely talented singer-songwriter and a Grand Prize winner of NPR's prestigious Mountain Stage New Song Contest. One glowing review complimented Amber's "unique gift of knocking down walls with songs so strong they sound like classics from another era."
