Jennifer: What influences your music?

Hello Danger: Life! and having a good time. our whole lives are centered around music.

Jennifer: Do you have influences from other bands or personal experiences?

Hello Danger: Both, we love all types of music and def have influences, but our personal experiences play a big part in our music and writing.

Jennifer: If so, what bands have influenced your sound?

Hello Danger: There are tons of different bands we have grown up loving, from classics like Journey, Phil Collins, Scorpions, Michael Jackson, and Queen, and newer bands like Thrice, Deftones, The Academy Is, Jimmy Eat World, Death Cab for Cutie, Foo Fighters, and many more. We love all types of music!!

Jennifer: Why did you want to make a tribute to Michael Jackson's, "Thriller"?

Hello Danger: Well when he passed away we just felt like it would be a great project to record it and play it live, as a tribute to one of the best performers of all time.

Jennifer: When you formed as a band, what brought each of you to the group?

Hello Danger: We are all good friends that have known each other here in the Jacksonville music scene. Some of us used to play together in a different band. Everyone just seemed to fit perfectly for this band.

Jennifer: Are you working on another album?

Hello Danger: Right now we are writing a bunch of new songs and recording them in groups of 2 and 3 at a time. Not necessarily a new album but lots of new music coming for sure.

Jennifer: When should your fans be expecting a new album to be released?

Hello Danger: We'll put out another record in summer of 2010. We just released our first album SHARK ATTACK PARTY this past March, so it is very new.

Jennifer: Do you feel like Jacksonville is really supportive of your band?

Hello Danger: Yes, we have had an amazing reception in Jacksonville for only being a band and playing shows for less than a year now. It is amazing how supportive the city has been actually.

Jennifer: Are you proud to be a band that formed in Jacksonville, Florida?
Hello Danger: Yes, all 6 of us are from here actually, so that is a pretty rare thing. We rep DUVAL!!

Jennifer: Tell me about your upcoming tour, are you really excited about it?

Hello Danger: Well right now we are only doing a 5 day tour next month that goes from Miami up to Charleston Sc, which is going to be a lot of fun, but we are really gearing up for as much touring as possible in 2010.

Jennifer: What's it like as a band being on on the road a lot while touring?

Hello Danger: It is an amazing thing being able to share your music with different people every night, while seeing different places and just having fun with your best friends, we cant think of anything else we'd rather be doing!! <3 <3
