RIVERSIDE/AVONDALE
18. Droubi's Coffee Shop
Droubi’s Coffee Shop is planned in Riverside at 915 King St. The $30,000, 900 square foot project will be located next to Old School Electric Tattoo.
19. LunchBox (A WAXING Salon)
LunchBox (A WAXING Salon) will be opening in January 2015 in a storefront space at 1661 Riverside on Margaret Street. 
20. Alewife
Alewife will move into the former Riverside Liquors and Village Wine Shop and open soon. The 2,574-square-foot bar will offer more than 400 different beers for retail sale as well as a tasting bar consisting of six draft lines of continually rotating American craft beer.

21. 1037 Park Street
Interior demolition is underway on the former Fuel Coffeehouse, in preparation for a new tenant at 1037 Park Street. The project, which includes the removal of asbestos and lead in the 10,772-square foot structure, is being developed by TBB LLC. Realco Recycling Co., Inc. is the demolition contractor.
22. Happy Grilled Cheese
Happy Grilled Cheese is opening a brick and mortar across the street in the original Cozy Tea space.

23. Five Points Village
The shell of Riverside's Five Points Village shopping center was completed earlier this summer. Now the center is attracting tenants. M Shack, a popular local burger chain plans to open by the end of the year. Construction is also underway on Kaika Teppanyaki, a high-end Japanese restaurant. Hot Wok, a Chinese restaurant, has signed a lease as well.

24. 1034 Park Street
The former Caribbean Connections space at 1034 Park Street is in the process of being converted into a bar.
