Originally known as Gran Park, Flagler Center is a 1,022-acre business park near the Interstate 95/St. Augustine Road interchange in Jacksonville's Southside.
Flagler Center
Flagler Center is a seven building, 757,328-square feet of office/industrial space with rail access to the Florida East Coast Railway. Tenants include Siemens, Ashley Furniture, and the YMCA. Flagler Center is developed around a 350,000-square foot warehouse operated by Lakeland-based Saddle Creek Corporation. The building was originally constructed as a Florida parts warehouse for General Motors, who relocated from an older warehouse at Baymeadows Road and Philips Highway. General Motors closed their Flagler Center parts warehouse in 2009 as a part of their 2008 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
