RIVERSIDE/AVONDALE

Derby on Park

Cozy Tea

Cozy Tea's new Five Points location opened on July 18th.

Work continues on the new location of the Black Sheep Restaurant (formerly downtown's Chew).








Sushi Cafe

The new Sushi Cafe location is now open.  Work on the transformation of Sushi Cafe's former location into a Tijuana Flats Burrito Company is now underway.

The Salty-Fig Southern Gastropub

The Salty Fig, A Southern Gastropub is expected to open at 901 King Street in September 2012.  According to the lastest edition of Arbus Magazine, the plan is to combine several vacant spaces in the 80-year old former Pic 'N' Save building into a restaurant featuring a bar, dining area and outdoor sidewalk seating.




Goozlepipe & Guttyworks

Sitework for King Street's Goozlepipe & Guttyworks restaurant continues.

CoRK North

A third warehouse, north of Rosselle Street, is being converted into additional studio, gallery and entertainment space in the popular CoRK Arts District.






Pulp Juice Bar

Pulp is still in the process of moving forward with opening their second urban Jacksonville location at the Shops of Avondale.
