Welcome to the Urban Development Master List. This list contains all major active and proposed developments within Jacksonville's urban core neighborhoods of Downtown, Brooklyn, Riverside, San Marco and Springfield. In the upcoming months, this project list will be expanded to include additional areas of the urban core, Duval County and Northeast Florida.

Description: The convenience store will have (8) double-sided, multi-product dispensers (MPDs) and (2), double-sided, free-standing diesel fuel dispensers, a 5,000-square-foot retail component, and a free-standing car wash. The 1.16 acre site would also include a small covered outdoor seating area along Atlantic Boulevard. Tenants would include Daily’s, Shell and Dash, Yum on the run.
