4. Renaissance Charter School
Red Apple at Southside LLC is developing a $4.57 million Duval Charter School at 8680 A.C. Skinner Parkway, near JTB and Southside Blvd. The K-6 school will have 68,250 square feet in two stories.
5. Campfield Commons
Campfield Commons is designed between Baymeadows Road East, R.G. Skinner Boulevard and R.G. Skinner Parkway. Gate Petroleum and McDonald's Restaurant are two tenants that have already been announced.

6. Cancer Specialists of North Florida
Cancer Specialists of North Florida continues construction on a $4.5 million, 12,081 square foot building at 7015 A.C. Skinner Parkway.
7. Deerwood Lake Lofts
Construction appears to be stalled on Deerwood Lake Lofts. The project will add 130 apartment units on an infill site adjacent to Deerwood Lake. Developed by Inland Diversified Real Estate Services, LLC. of Oak Brook, IL, the four story development will include a five-story parking garage.
8. Bento Café Tinseltown
Bento Café Tinseltown is nearing completion at 9734 Deer Lake Court. The 4,134 square foot enclosed restaurant includes a 1,632 square foot outdoor seating area. The $603,410 tenant build-out is being done by GDP Design & Construction Inc.
9. Clarity Pointe Jacksonville
BCDC BrightPointe Jacksonville LLC of Knoxville, TN has submitted plans for the Clarity Pointe memory care center. The 60-bed, 44,899-square-foot center is proposed on 3.43 acres on Baymeadows Road in the Campfield Commons development.

10. BurgerFi/Vision Works
Rimrock Devlin is in the process of building a $950,000, 7,500 square foot retail building at the Markets at Town Center shopping center. The development's tenants will include Vision Works and BurgerFi. BurgerFi is a South Florida-based upscale, all-natural burger chain that serves burgers, hot dogs, frozen treats and craft beer and wine. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
