Jacksonville-based Regency Centers' latest project, the Shoppes on Riverside will bring 49,881 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment to downtown Jacksonville later this year.
Announced tenants include specialty grocer The Fresh Market and Jacksonville's first Corner Bakery Café. In addition, the owners of M Shack have signed a letter of intent to open a restaurant at the $14.7 million shopping center. Furthermore, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is seeking federal funding to extend and construct a new Skyway station adjacent to the development.
The Shoppes on Riverside is under construction on Riverside Avenue, between Jackson and Stonewall Streets in Brooklyn.
