Going before the Downtown Development Review Board today to request Conceptual Approval, plans for the conversion of the old Haydon Burns Library into the Jessie Ball duPont Center continue to advance. Here is a look at plans to renovate the iconic downtown building, at 122 Ocean Street, into a regional philanthropic and nonprofit center.
