Description of Latest Plans

Buildings 100A and 100B 4-story structures featuring a combined 72 residential units and structured parking.  In the center of the site, Building 200 will be a one-story structure containing 11,000 square feet of retail space.  The tallest building would replace the existing Commander Apartments tower.  However, the 208-unit structure has been reduced in height from 14 to 7 stories.
