Construction continues to advance at 1534 Oak Street.








Former Jackson's Grill

Park & King's former Jackson's Grill is being converted into a Tex-Mex style restaurant/bar.




Dahlia's Pour House

Former Walker's Wine Bar

Park & King's Walker's Wine Bar is being converted into a tapas bar.




Beer:30 A Craft Beer Emporium

Coming soon to Riverside's Park & King district.




Beau Outfitter

Mellow Mushroom

It was recently announced that Mellow Mushroom will be opening a location at this former Avondale gas station site.




Robert E. Lee High School

The reconstruction of Robert E. Lee High School continues.
