Phase 1 of Tapestry Park will feature 52 townhome-style condos and 275 multifamily urban apartments, a waterfront boardwalk, a hotel and 61,000 square feet of retail/office space.
Tapestry Park Retail/Office Component
A 96-room Hotel Indigo will anchor Tapestry Park's main retail street, along with 41,000 square feet of retail and 20,000 square feet of office condominium space, a lakeside restaurant and a classic diner restaurant.
Announced retail tenants include the Village Tavern Restaurant, Dental Health Group, Dagwood's Sandwich Shop and Rio Hair Studio.† Other potential tenants include a wine-bar, women's apparel, a jeweler, children's boutique and two restaurants.† Office condominium tenants include Genesis Group, ICC and Joyce Development Group.
