Public Access to City Email

The City of Jacksonville has recently upgraded their public record email system. Here is how to access the email:

1. Go to: (opens in a new window)
2. Enter Login: publicdocs Password: public
3. Click on the Public Records folder at the top of the screen.

The messages are now transfered to public record manually by each individual, so if you do not see recent email, send a friendly reminder for them to update their public record email.
