These projects will hurt the outlets @ state road 16, and I95.  Much needed tax dollars for the county will come from the Esplanade, and Lions Gate projects!

Yeah, check up on these, they are both on hold. Also, Macy's is signed with SJTC, not Esplanade, maybe an outlet.

The exit ramp @ IGP & I95 is the best  in the county, thanks to Davidson.  The commissioners, and the people who live at the WGV want retail, and restaurants.

British, I like alot of your posts, but its the best exit ramp?  I nearly die on the off ramp every morning coming southbound.  This really needs to be redesigned.

Look at the size of the Diamond.  There is enough space to add loops inside of the diamond, which eliminates stop lights, and signs.  210 has a much smaller diamond, and that is why 210 & I95 is such a mess.

Not true.  Look at the planned road improvements.  The 2  loops will be inside the diamond shaped exit.   Davidson had the intelligence to plan  the interchange extra large so it would  not become another 210/I95 cluster.  If anyone who lives at the WGV does not like the interchange, move to 210, and have fun!

Move because you don't like an interchange? I mean seriously, you're this pathetic?

feel free not to believe me....truth is an Interchange Modification Report (IMR) that involves cloverleafs without sufficient lanes to avoid weaving movement problems won't be approved.

The plan has 2 loops inside the diamond.  (Not going over existing roads)   9A & JTB's loops were completed recently, which means loops are still being constructed.    The loop on JTB going east to 9A south from JTB (cost more) than the loops going north on  9A  to JTB east, or west.    Going over existing roads is more expensive.

Hmmm ... let's see, from what others have posted, "tufsu" works in the transportation business.  "British Shoe Company's" transportation experience is ... having a driver's license?

Whom should I believe?
