What is going at 325 East Bay Street? Isn't the Barnett Building suppose to be condos?

A restaurant is going into 325 East Bay and the Barnett condo project died with Cameron Kuhn's financial empire.

I talked to both the Fuddrucker's franchisee as well as a purchasing rep for Peterbrooke this week.  Fuddrucker's is a green light and is expected to be complete in approx. 12 weeks.  As of today Peterbrooke is not moving to the Landing, although there may still be a plan in the works for that in the near future.
