My first guess would have been Eddie V's, upscale seafood restaurant, but they seem dedicated to Ponte Vedra. Next guess is McCormick and Schmick's. A Portland original now owned by Landry's. Their fresh fish and oyster daily menu and upscale style both fit Jax and the Federal Reserve building. Thier price point is an ATL, Charlotte, Jax target. Also, the website promotes event space.

^Its none of the above. I know what the concept is and who is behind it. However, I'll give them the opportunity to announce when they are ready.

I have eaten meals at the current Federal Reserve Building and they are pretty darn good  8).  I think the Fed is missing the boat on just managing the nation's money supply... they need to diversify and get into the restaurant business too.  Taking over their ancient stomping grounds would be a good start.  Financing the deal shouldn't be an issue for them and I am sure they can get an interest rate deal most of us could only dream about.  LOL.
