There are a lot of people there.  Lot is full and there are cars lining Dancy for 2 blocks and the side streets.

I was in Orsay about a month ago and management and staff couldn't wait for Iguana to open...

That whole corner had slowly been turning around.  The vet office, Biscotti's place, Iguana, and a bunch of houses on Dancy towards 17 have been redone in the last couple of years.  They just cleared the lot of what we called the "Jungle House" on Dancy the other day.  Who knew that house was back there?  Interested to see what they do with that one.

Cowford Realty's new space across the street is pretty nice.  Still coming along, but already an improvement over what was there.
