We're definitely overdue for an Urban Construction Update. Several decent sized projects are making headway or getting started. Look for the next one in early August.

As far as I can tell, it looks done, but it looks to have become an afterthought until they completely finish the ground level skatepark & other additions.

Supposedly it's going be be finished in November. Haven't seen any work on the pedestrian part in like a year.
They've started installing the roundabout at the district. It's about 300ft west of where it's been shown in all of the renderings though. Basically in line with the current alignments of Prudential and Broadcast Place. Not sure how that part of the street grid is going to look now.
I heard the supplier for the railing went out of business, so they are trying to source from a different vendor, but that is causing a delay. Both RAP and SMPS are very eager to get this done. RAP is actively in talks with FDOT to push this along.
