RAP in search of New Executive Director
« on: March 08, 2021, 04:37:50 PM »
Hi All,

Riverside Avondale Preservation (RAP) is in search of a new Executive Director. Warren Jones, the current ED, is retiring to travel in a few months. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual interested in civic advocacy, community development, historic preservation, and community building. Obviously, Riverside Avondale is one of the premiere neighborhoods in the Southeast, but applicants do NOT have to live in there (just not too far away).

Shannon Blankinship, St. Riverkeeper Advocacy Director, has been selected. Had coffee with her yesterday. She'll be great.

In my RAP neighborhood it has occurred to me that iconic RAP sign displayed at a residence is basically non existent. 2. I recall a far greater number in the past.
