I don’t look forward to or plan on walking there.. 
Would not even walk my former Murray Hill neighborhood at times... shooting today at Cassat and Clarendon.
The more likely crime, the less likely walk. Not even bike.

Walkable Talbot Beaches.
Walkable Mayport.
Walkable Osceola National Forest.
Walkable First Coast Beltway.

We can talk the walk, walk the talk but ya gotta know the territory!
