Not more walkable and pedestrian friendly than Philips Highway?

Shoppes Of Avondale no more or less Walkable than anywhere else in Duval County.

As someone who regularly walks to the Shoppes to go to his barber, optometrist, eat, and watching sporting events, I would disagree with that statement.

So, no one grasped the key word.

It’s not about an appealing area, rather “ Walkable”.
Some of the most unappealing areas might in fact be more Walkable due to landscape features.
Most every place is about the same as far a walkable.
And places promoted Walkable are really, well...... what would that be....... oh, like most adjacent acreage.

“ Walkable” image far over played by development promoters.

Endless Loop Stroll.

Also a good way to increase your chances of being Jax's latest pedestrian fatality statistic.

Shoppes Of Avondale no more or more less “ Walkable” than anywhere else in Duval County.

This might be a Hall of Famer on this forum. I might have to do some research as there have been some winners, but I'd assume this would make the finalist round.

Have been patiently awaiting the Grand Ceremony.

No Wonder.....
