They still appear to be moving forward. I noticed that they have submitted plans for permitting.

A Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) was just approved for this project in May 2024: COA-23-30007.

Wow that's wild. From the time they submitted, until the approval, it was almost 6 full months. I don't know all the details, but that seems excessively long. Their last FB update was end of 2022.
