Meanwhile, some Ortega River "Working Waterfront"/ "Marina Mile" sections morph to Burger Joint,Retirement Facility.

Those of us in the Marine Industry have learned to avoid Downtown,fun to respond to "Gosh,Jacksonville has so much 'Potential' ".The narrative has not altered in decades.
