The hotel will but Residence Inns does have free breakfast and a light dinner offering. I have been unable to come up with either a chain or local restaurant group that would fit this area. The inside of Sabraga looks like Hawkers at the beach, but not with Five Points so close. Any ideas or suggestions?
Possibly unpopular opinion, but I'd love to see a Starbucks in the 2,000 square foot space.
Would generate some much needed foot traffic, and they could use Unity Plaza as an outdoor patio.
I think the other restaurant spaces would be way more successful as regular daytime stops, rather than high-end dinner spots.
Give me a 4 Rivers or a Brunch Haus or a Flying Iguana or a Domu and I'm there.
