Any chance the city will buy it, to prevent potential competition with Lot J ?

The hotel will but Residence Inns does have free breakfast and a light dinner offering. I have been unable to come up with either a chain or local restaurant group that would fit this area. The inside of Sabraga looks like Hawkers at the beach, but not with Five Points so close. Any ideas or suggestions?

I wonder if the city could get a discount from the demo company if they raze the Landing and Unity Plaza at the same time? 2 for the price of 1?

Possibly unpopular opinion, but I'd love to see a Starbucks in the 2,000 square foot space.

Would generate some much needed foot traffic, and they could use Unity Plaza as an outdoor patio.

I think the other restaurant spaces would be way more successful as regular daytime stops, rather than high-end dinner spots.

Give me a 4 Rivers or a Brunch Haus or a Flying Iguana or a Domu and I'm there.

As silly as it sounds, throw a Waffle House in there and it will stay open.

A Cici's and Buffalo Wild Wings would make a mint, but they would need some parking.

An Apple Store with a Trader Joe's inside would do the trick.

I hear Tony Sleiman will have some cash soon - I'm sure he can turn this into a gold mine!

It would be funny...or sad... if Sleiman purchased it for a fraction of the Landing payout and turned it around while the Landing site sits as scorched earth

Tattoo parlor and vape shop. Maybe also a salon. And sushi, of course.

ok, wait, wait - here's another one...people could park at the Unity Parking Plaza and ride shuttle limos downtown to concerts at The Landing Opera House?  (sooner or later we have to laugh about it or just give up in sorrow...I'd rather laugh at the absurdity of it all since it seems to be a no-win all the way around the City).
