Funny you say that, we were at Southern Grounds a couple of weeks ago and caught a train pulled by a mix of UP/BNSF locos headed south on the FEC.

huh. Surprising. I expect to see NS/CSX on the tracks. Not those two.

Locomotive pooling, all of the railroads essentially share/lease locomatives to eachother.  You see a lot of power from far off railroads headed into the Bowden yard but they are much rarer farther south.

Here’s the site plan. Also has some shots of the renderings without having to brave that promotional video.

What's going to happen to the 2 story brick building?  It's nowhere in the site plan

Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

The two story brick duplex next door isn't owned by Ashco so I imagine it will stay.

So I guess that's the ol' Patch O' Grass in the rendering?  If that property wasn't willing to sell before, I bet they're thinking about it now.

Maybe Ashco can turn it into Historic Kenny's House at Union Hall at San Marco Station.[\b]

The duplex is available for $399,000.

Just under a quarter of an acre and zoned CRO.
