Conservation Districts headed to Jax's Northside?

The city's first conservation districts could be headed to the Northside. What is a conservation district and where could they be headed and why? The Jaxson has the answers.

Are these district designations headed to the Northside because the Jaxson has a feature on them, or is someone within Council or City Hall actually working to bring these about?

It could be big. Kind of a compromise between the restrictiveness of a historic district, and the suburban minded free-for-all that we have now.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?
