If the professional pole is anonymous, how are you going to distribute the prize to the winner?

I'm FULLY on board for a shop-along.

Lot of quirky, urban brands at the Town Center like The Gaps, Targets Superstore, and The Dollar Tree.

Would gladly be a fly on the wall for such a spree.

WOWOWOWOWOW what a question!          artisans are often creative, but I've heard of "Wi Fi" and "Hi Fi" but never "burger fi" :o. Perhaps an interview with the restaurateur will reveal the scoop :o :o hows that for "a teaser" 8)
