How about a park ... a sort of natural zoo … with minimal trails for the occasional human visitor ... wit perhaps a tower or two for observation?  Or …. How about just letting nature be ... in that 1,000 acres?  There could be nature study areas ... wit the goal of observing specific "stuff".

Do we need more malls ... concrete, asphalt, cute facades, to offer more entertainment and plastic stuff to satisfy the increasing population of humans too easily satisfied with these disneyesk superficialities?  Why not just buy everything we need from Amazon cause we gotta help JB become the richest man in history.

The quest for riches by a few, at the expense of the survival and reasonable comfort of the many, is partially the result of a culture created by a bimbo brained media.  JB, allowed to run free with the new mechanism of the Internet is destroying the lives of millions, as he avoids taxes, puts millions of traditional small shops out of business, and pays poverty wages in near slavery work conditions.  The dumbed down and clueless legislators, voted into office by our mentally calmed population over recent decades, are incapable of empathy toward the millions suffering as a consequence of the new god of america -- the god of riches and wealth.

The twin religions -- the worship of riches ... and the worship of gods ... both being absurd and destructive to the human condition ... apparently are destined to work together to perpetuate the suffering of not only humans, but of all the animals and the earth ... the fragile home of all.

What does all this have to do wit the 1000 acres?

This is going to be just like Town Center.  Only two ways in or out, both already busting at the seams with traffic.  Now lets just add a ton more traffic.  Its going to be another mess.  Kernan at JTB is already backed up half the day.  Now we want to add another XX residents, retail and office workers.  They really need to add more small roads in/out of developments like this.

I'm a cynic these days. They will blow it.

That is just being a realist.
