And now, the words of the people:

The market has no bearing on impact fees. If folks cannot handle the cost of the housing with the increased impact fees, then they must accept a smaller home or find a new area to live. The government should not be concerned with whether our area has enough affordable housing.

Northern St. Johns pulls from southern Duval and St. Augustine has more than enough workforce housing.

Although, to be honest, I don't see a reason to lower impact fees here. Seems like development is moving on just fine with the fees at what they are now.

This is crazy!  Jacksonville City Council told us impact/mobility fees destroy growth! 
So I said to him: Arthur, Artie come on, why does the salesman have to die? Change the title; The life of a salesman. That's what people want to see.
