I have some friends who are planning to come to Jacksonville to see their team play the Jaguars.
They are looking for information on tourism packages or discounts for people coming in from out of town.
I sent them to the Visit Jacksonville website and they did have an interest in the Ale Trail, but there wasnt much there about discounts other than a few restaurants.
I think they are looking for a tourism guide that has listings of all activities or attractions with coupons.
Maybe they are spoiled by Orlando or Vegas, where you cant walk 2 steps without getting a discount package dropped, regardless, where does a out of towner get a good guide to greater Jacksonville so they can do other things beside the football game?
Seems I find myself emailing a list periodically, be nice to just send them a packet or complete website.
Word of mouth is great, but surely those hotel bed taxes pay for something more than scoreboards.
