...and often wear many

With Dr. Vitti agreeable to the decentralizing of offices and departments to make more efficient use of space, and a blossoming Phoenix arts district pioneer desiring to align with our public schools, the Hart ramp coming down to more directly integrate more modes fluidly through Bay St, Sports district, Eastside, and more new residential to Springfield, the northern core and beaches, I for one am stoked to see how this oxymoronic small big city matures.

What's the best way to champion this effort locally?

On a side note, if Phoenix, why not old school four?

Mural projects?

This reminds me of the thread covering Miami's Wynwood arts district.
