No important news here, just wanted to take a quick second and mention how great out a job the Jax Daily Record does with its coverage, particularly since Karen Brune Mathis moved over. For my money, they are the best traditional news entity in Jacksonville. They are routinely first to the story, and their downtown coverage is unsurpassed relative their competitors.

Just today, they've got some really interesting stories about Manifest Distillery, the University Club, and the only coverage I've seen so far of the potential establishment of new KPIs for Friends of Hemming Park.
