not to mention hundreds and hundreds of shares on Facebook, and god knows how many retweets.
MJ profitted at the expense of the Jaguars for this "prank".  God knows how much recourse is due.

Apache, thanks for the count. Describing the general reactions to the article does not imply a low or a high number of direct responses.

BUT Yes, private email messages, public and private Facebook comments (in the hundreds) and Twitter commentary.

I had one person find my personal Facebook just to private message me his opinion on the piece, which was not gracious.

To your point, yes, most took it as they should. There were probably just over 20 comments that were in the #2 category, but I'm getting used to that kind of reaction when it relates to Jaguars.

Not true, I'm still surprised by anyone giving any company their zombie-like dedication; especially, when public money heavily subsidizes the company.

This is sarcasm? If not, so much recourse is due.  ::)

I'm sure the Jaguars loved the additional attention.

I'm even willing to bet they experienced a spike in ticket sales as a result of the April Fools piece.

Well I rescind my "meh" then. That's nuts. Surprising. And nuts.

People actually being offended by this is way funnier than the gag itself.

Too true.

I really don't get the Jaguar hate on this board. Believe what you want, but Jacksonville would not be where it is today without them.
Of course there's questions of money, but that comes any time the government is involved (jta anyone?).

Embrace the jags, they're uniquely Jax!

Where exactly are we?

The Bahar Shoukhe Investment Fund:

Bahar means Spring.

Shoukhe means Joke.

So, the Spring Joke Investment Fund....

It's farsi, which is very similar to Urdu, which is the official language of Pakistan, which is where Shad Khan Hails.

Well, my fellow Jaxons, there are the old Jacksonville Bulls games on YouTube that we can watch. You've got to admit this article did catch my eye for a moment, but I did remember what day this was. I did happen to see where Britain's Prime Minister said that there would be no April Fool's pranking going on over there, so maybe they may think that this is legit.

Great job guys, I thought this was a great gag. For those who didn't like it, I say, "Bah, humbug".
