Melissa Ross: Mary Badham from To Kill a Mockingbird



Melissa Ross Interviews Mary Badham, the actress who played Scout Finch in the American film classic: To Kill a Mocking Bird (1962), for which she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.  At the time, Badham (aged 10) was the youngest actress ever nominated in this category. Melissa talks to her about the unique experience after the jump!

Harper Lee's niece is a neighbor of mine in SPR, and has shared great stories about her aunt. Lee's nephew will be relocating here from out of state soon, as well. Salt of the earth type of family.
