I would hope that the study will at least cursorily address issues outside these 4 mobility zones.  For example, there are significant issues on Beach Boulevard east of Southside (Zone 2).  Fact is, the RFP that consultants responded to did not limit the geographic scope to the core of Duval County, and to my knowledge, the budget for the plan has not been decreased..

Issues on state roads, like Beach Blvd and Southside Blvd, need to be handled by FDOT.  COJ shouldn't be responsible to fix FDOT's problems.

You do know it is a study right?  And fact is these are community problems!  Any fixes would need to be done in conjunction with, and likely funded by, FDOT

Yes, it's a study.  FDOT should be perceived as the community.  Fixes on state roads need to be funded by FDOT, like I posted.  We're on the same page here.

This city should be drowning in LAP money given  the population here compared with Lake City and the other minor cities.  Why doesn't it rain LAP money here, or am I missing something here?
