What a great move by Curry. About half of the city council has turned over since Bill left so maybe there is an opportunity for him to really make needed changes with regards to zoning and strategic development. With Curry's support of Bill's initiatives, the council will have a lot of pressure to not be obstructionist in nature. Welcome back Bill!
