I can't see myself driving all the way out to the beaches for cookie butter and cheap wine. Hopefully the distribution center Trader Joe's is building in Daytona means a 2nd Jacksonville location isn't too far off.

is it just me, or is the beaches town center project dead in the water?  it doesn't look like there has been any activity on that project site for many months.

There seems to be a great deal of infill housing being built.  Hopefully this will enhance support for the surrounding businesses.

The town center project is still going.  It was on hold for a little while but is now going ahead.

We seem to be attracting the "gourmet craft burger" outfits now.  BurgerFi, mShack, Epic Burger, smashburger, and Graffiti Juncktion. That along with your standard burger fare, McDonalds, Whataburger, BurgerKing, Checkers, Sonic, Wendys, and a partridge in a pear tree.
