It will not be like the night markets out West which are heavily Asian influenced. However, there will be a korean bbq vendor called Heart & Seoul (that also does vegan options) and Hawkers will also be set up at the market (the popular Five Points restaurant).
Other street food vendors include: Pele's Wood Fire, Dig Foods, Super Food (who will soon be opening a downtown location), Smoke It Up BBQ, Soup To Nuts (gourmet soups and grilled cheese sandwiches) and What's The Catch (local seafood).
Other food vendors include The Hyppo (gourmet popsicles), Community Loaves (breads), Liberty Bakery (sweets), Gastrognome (take home Mediterranean goods), Fresh Jax, Consicious Eats, Down To Earth Farms, Alvarez Farms, Black Hog Farms, Meteor Street Produce, Sunrawise (cheeses, including vegan cheeses), Producing edibles (homemade jams and sauces).
You can definately do your grocery shopping for the week tomorrow night... and have a great meal and good beer at the same time.
Skyway hours will not be extended (nor did I meet with JTA to request such an extension).
The only variables will be that (hopefully) the Farrah and Farrah employees will be out of the parking lot by 5pm sharp, as promised.... and the weather cooperates (the market is rain or shine).
