It always shows great leadership when you can pass the buck along to 17 others to make the tough decisions for you, whilst you let the public know all about it with a TV camera on you.

It may or may not have been, but the mayor's office was already dismissing it before it was even released. In BridgeTroll's defense, when that comment was made, the final report from the task force was not out.
