As the "property manager" of the bicycle/record complex on Main St.----
- Inertia Records closed this last week. Burro Bags will be filling their space this month, using the space as a manufactureing/ warehouse/ retail outlet.
- Zombie Bikes is not officially open for bussiness yet, however feel free to pop your head in whenever and introduce yourself to Devin or Burt (managers). They hope to have stuff for sale mid-month- for now it has been a repair garage. They are working on all types of bicycles. mope heads, and also welding/making tall bikes and other cool variations.
- The Royal Treatment Shop is open for bussiness every afternoon except Monday. Mostly vinyl records, some T shirts and mostly Hip-Hop CDs. Also an office for DJ services for all occasions.
- This whole thing is a work in progress with no budget, so please continue to be patient!
- we desprately need cheap signage so everyone can find us. If anyone knows an affordable sign painter who will trade bar tabs/records/bikes or a little money for their services, please send them our way!
- none of this would be possible without our corporate liason, Tony Allegretti, and our benevolant landlord, SRG homes. So thank those guys when you see them for moving towards good use of vacant buildings in the neighborhood.
- again, this is a co-op with zero budget.... any help from anyone is always greatly appreciated! Get involved- this space is for every one in the urban core to use, and basically everyone who likes to see cool stuff happen! Thank you Phil Collins for donateing the pepsi cooler, thank you to the fellas that painted the inside, thank you top everyone who has bought a record or soda or anything! Dont complain about vacant buildings on Main St.- do something about it! Get involved!
