Bi-Lo is a privately held corporation.  F500 only ranks publicly traded companies.

Winn Dixie-Bi Lo is now a privately owned company, wholly owned by the Private Equity firm Lone Star Holdings. This list only tracks publicly traded companies. If Winn Dixie was public, they would be either just ahead of or just behind Office Depot at between $10B-$11B.

The list is not just for publicly-traded companies, but for any company whose revenue information is publicly available. Publix is employee-owned, so it has a publicly-available share price.
