Do we know if M Shack is actually going to be built? Last I heard the project was dead. Also, what's the deal with Salty Fig? Feels like its taking eons.

With just a little work Aardwolf Brewery could change those tiles from "Distributors of Quality Tile" into "Distributors of Quality Ale".
220 Riverside is supposed to break ground in November. It's in the Downtown TCEA so it wouldn't have had to pay a mobility fee anyway.
