Interesting purchase by the same group who owns Intuition, Manifest, and the Doro District.

If I had some cash, I would love to purchase that building and retrofit it into a restaurant or bar.

It is such a cool building and I'm glad a local investment company bought it in hopes to make something out of it.

I didn't realize the building was that old, the facade must have been modified at some point.  Does anyone know of any picture from its early days?

Restaurant/Bar would be interesting and could be made into a fun place to go. A destination type restaurant.

Question - with new zoning they do not need to worry about parking. Is that correct?

Besides the Intuition/Doro district buildings and this one, does iconic own any other cool spots downtown? Do they actively buy buildings with the desire to remake them into cool restaurants/entertainment venues? Do they have any residential? Also what's the word with the Doro district? That concept looked so awesome. I tried to look it up but no luck.

Endless possibilities with this property.  From the relator pics online the upstairs would not need much work at all to convert this from residential to a restaurant / bar / event space.  The exposes brick walls are awesome.

You are correct, the upstairs is pretty damn awesome. It is in effect a huge (over 4000 sf)  two bedroom/two bathroom residence, with plenty of room for all types of uses. Downstairs is in 'vintage' condition, very little has been done over the years.
