cities are there that Jacksonville CANNOT learn from? It seems like our city leadership has taken all of the wrong turns throughout the history of Jacksonville, and they continue to do the same now. I wonder if there is a change in the leadership if they will make any good decisions either, it seems if our city is cursed w/ slacker politicians...

These sets make me mad more than anything else. I cannot believe how all of the powers that be are so blind to issues like parking, urban infill, signage and the homeless. How can every other city get it and our city is so inept and ignorant? It's pitiful.
