I think it looks great.  This is what happens when developers work with the various AHJs to deliver a strong product.  I wish many other recently proposed or completed projects had this level of community involvement.

Been waiting to see some new multi-family on Main Street. Really nice project and think they did a good job with the architecture. I think four stories is perfectly fine there, but they made it feel like a three-story building. Hope this does well and they keep heading north on Main Street.

So the existing building is NOT included in the sale?  That seems strange to me.  On COJ it sure looks like they bought all of it. There must have been a carve out.

Great to see that Springfield Preservation is embracing the development. I think its a no-brainer to bring more residents to that area.
