What about the riverfront park that 'replicates' the entire Mississippi River?  It is a pretty unique attraction I thought.  I always thought it could be a model for JAX to do something similar with the St. Johns River. Memphis does have a nice Riverfront but there is a significant physical disconnect with the type of restaurant and retail spots that could synergize with it. It is pretty much a drive to destination only.

Mud Island, which can be seen in the background of this image? Unfortunately, no pictures. Just the downtown riverfront portion.
