The recurring trend here is how long some stuff has been taking.

I noticed they seem to be changing Vista Brooklyn's paint colors, I didn't expect red.

It looks like there should be plenty of room for dedicated transit lanes on Bay Street, yet it doesn't look like JTA ever bothered to talk to FDOT about it before they made their plans.

Coastline Drive is up over 5 years now.

I think it's about time we drop Chamblin's project  :'(

It feels like that's been there as long as these threads have been.

The Residence Inn is going up quickly.

I didn't think MedMen was still moving along about reading some news about how that was doing nationally.

Something to add in the Springfield section:

Kindred Salon & Shoppe is working to open on West 8th Street, around the corner from 1748 Bakehouse and directly next to Ysintricity Botique. Think the address is 12 West 8th? Opening in a few months.
