Since you asked....:)

 - I'm surprised at the lack of mention of anything concrete downtown. I was expecting money for Lot J to be in there, but it's apparently not. The only thing tied to a dollar amount mentioned was the positive cash flow of the CRAs.
 - He mentioned $1M for the Florida Theatre, $1M for the Ritz and Prime Osborne (combined it appears), $5M for the Zoo, and $1.5 for a dock at Mayport as his big capital items. Admittedly, call me underwhelmed. Aside from $5M at the zoo, the way these guys spend money (see Demolition, subchapter Landing) the other items are basically a rounding error. Don't get me wrong; I'm sure these organizations won't say no to the money but this isn't exactly earth shattering.
 - For the rest of the capital I'll need to see details.

perhaps because dynamite isn't concrete ;)
