Sleiman needs to get in his "running the Landing like a shopping center mode" and get a few places like CVS/Walgreens to fill up some space before they find another location in or near downtown.

terrible, terrible news.  everybody knows drugstores really kick development into overdrive and can even single handely turn around neighborhoods

Am I correct in understanding that since the drug store pulled out and is uninterested, for an undetermined time, that property will be surface paved and/or gravel parking lots? Same tired story.
